CONVOCATION TIMES AND SCHEDULE
Find out where and when your student will be walking across the stage.

During spring convocation, The University of Texas at Austin has many events for your graduating student. First, your student should attend their college/school graduation ceremony, where they will walk across the stage. UT also hosts a combined event for all UT graduates, Commencement. Commencement is held on the Main Mall in front of the UT Tower. It is a fantastic night of celebrating your students' accomplishments, and ends with the Tower lighting '09. A perfect photo opportunity and a wonderful memory your student and your family will not want to miss.

Texas Essential Europe Trip for Graduating Seniors
Are you looking for the perfect gift to celebrate your son or daughter's graduation? Texas Exes offers a 25 day trip through Europe for graduating seniors. Spring Class Ring Ceremonies
Students who purchased their official class ring during the Spring 2009 Promotion Week are invited to attend the Spring Ring Ceremonies. Because of space limitations, recipients are limited to no more than 2 guests. The ceremony lasts approximately forty-five minutes and will be followed by a dessert reception. Students receiving their ring should arrive at 6 p.m.

Great Texas Exit
Celebrate your student's graduation at The Great Texas Exit! All parents are invited to bring their graduate, families and friends to the Alumni Center to celebrate the big day with a complimentary champagne toast and snacks. With uniquely Longhorn decor and photo opportunities with Bevo, the Great Texas Exit makes the perfect place to toast your student's future. Bevo will be there for 2 hours each day to take graduation photos; times are to be determined.
