NEWS Tuition Policy Advisory Committee (TPAC) Recommends Increased Tuition TPAC, a panel of students, faculty and administrators, has recommended to President Powers average increases in cost of attendance of $318 per semester in 2008-09 and $303 in 2009-2010. Funding of higher education is confusing and very often misunderstood. We encourage you to take the time to review the full report below. TPAC will hold public forums to discuss their recommendations and answer any questions before President Powers presents his final tuition increase proposal to the Board of Regents in December. These forums will be held at 3 p.m. on November 28 and 4 p.m. on November 29 in the ACES Building, Room 3.302.
